FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing of centrifugal compression machine impeller from composite material consists in cutting of layers of blade material, their pressing in press-die, blade location and positioning in assembly press-die and impeller pressing. Note that during material layers cutting they extend beyond blade contours at the side of blade root section by the length larger the length of carrying ring curve between neighbouring blades and at peripheral section side by the length larger than the length of covering disc between neighbouring blades. Note that the outer surfaces of carrying ring and covering disc are performed evenly spaced in relation to aerodynamic surfaces of gas circuit. Aerodynamic profile of the blades is arranged in press-die. Then the blades are put in press-die separator and in separator cavities there is preliminary forming of carrying ring and covering disc. After that the separator is put into press-die and pressed. Note that covering disc outer surfaces are formed in a matrix and carrying ring outer surfaces - in a die. The inner aerodynamic surfaces of gas circuit of covering disc and carrying ring are formed in separator.

EFFECT: possibility to create high-load structure of centrifugal compression machine impeller from composite material with considerable decrease of its weight and improved strength and stiffness.
