SUBSTANCE: turbomachine turbine wheel manufacturing method comprising a disc, a band, working blades located between the disc and band, and flow channels located between the adjacent blades, includes production of tubular components, each of which forms the corresponding flow channel of the impeller and has an inlet hole and an outlet hole. Then, the tubular components are assembled to form a set of tubular components arranged around the axis of the impeller. Empty gaps are left between the adjacent tubular components. A shell of the band and a disk envelope are formed, at the same time tubular components arranged along the circle are placed between the above shells and connected to them. Between the shell of the band and the tubular components and between the disk shell and the tubular components, the first and second empty cavities are provided, respectively. Filling empty gaps, first and second empty cavities with powder material and compacting powder material, which is in gaps and in cavities, by hot isostatic pressing. In another version of the turbomachine turbine manufacturing method, the impeller segments are made, during assembly of which empty gaps are left and form the first empty annular cavity from empty volumes of band segments and the second empty annular cavity from empty volumes of disk segments. Empty gaps, first and second empty cavities are filled with powder material, and powder material is compacted by hot isostatic pressing. One more invention relates to a turbomachine impeller, in which the blades comprise an inner core of a powdered material compacted by hot isostatic pressing. Inner volume between flow channels and shell of band is filled with powder material compacted by hot isostatic pressing and connecting cover band with blades. Inner volume between flow channels and disk shell is filled with powder material compacted by hot isostatic pressing and connecting disk shell with blades.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to simplify turbomachine turbine wheel manufacturing.
