SUBSTANCE: method comprises further mounting a laser device in a suspension unit with position stabilisers in the lower part of a robotic copter exactly under the geometric axis of the antenna, for example with a DGPS (Glonass, Galileo) receiver, mounting a video camera nearby, which enables the operator to visually point, via the horizontal movement of the robotic copter, the projected laser beam onto the middle of a geodesic mark and hold the robotic copter for a short period of time in that position until the DGPS receiver establishes the accuracy of its spatial position, then storing coordinates of the said centring point and successively moving the robotic copter over the investigated area (points) while measuring coordinates of all the required points.
EFFECT: automated creation of geodesic grids.
