FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: nanocomposite contains a substrate from conductive material with nanostructured coating located on its face surface and which is a lower coating of the capacitor which is made as a layer of carbon fabric, base threads and filler of which are formed by the activated carbon fibres twisted in the longitudinal direction. Base threads and filler of the named fabric mechanically and electrically by means of conductive glue are connected to the conductive substrate in places of adjunction to the conductive substrate of their sections, upwarped towards the conductive substrate, meanwhile in each glue connection of base threads and filler with the conductive substrate the maximum depth of penetration of conductive glue into structure of the named threads amounts from 0.3 to 0.5 of the transversal sizes of threads. On the surface of fibres of the base threads and filler are located in series and conformally to these surfaces at least one layer from dielectric material functioning as a top coating, and conductive material layer. Also the method of manufacture of multilayered nanocomposite comprising its heating in a neutral atmosphere up to the temperature, corresponding to maximum temperature of atom and layered sedimentation with endurance at this temperature until achievement of constant weight is offered.
EFFECT: improvement of homogeneity and specific surface of the nanostructured coating.
