FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: rod for a brick wall panel is a cylindrical dampening element, to its ends rigid flat stops are rigidly secured, and an internal cavity is filled with a layer of a vibration dampening material, for example, sand. The density of the vibration dampening layer is lower than the density of the external cylindrical shell of the dampening element. Layers of the vibration dampening material of a U-shape and accepting spatial vibration are made out of crushed worn tiers using rubber glue, liquid glass or polymer binder as a binding agent, and after each 8÷10 rows of bricks laid using the mortar the rigid stops are welded, and dampening rods are elongated using welding. In middle zone channels the mortar with the vibration dampening chips from crushed vehicle tyres is poured to create more rigid zones, and reinforcement rods are made dampening, and each of them is in the form of coaxially located cylindrical shells, between them tubular dampening elements are coaxially installed, the elements are out of the vibration dampening material, to their ends rigid flat stops are rigidly secured, and the central internal cavity is filled with sand. The density of layers of the vibration dampening material is lower than the density of the coaxially located cylindrical shells.
EFFECT: increased seismic stability of the brick wall panel.
