FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: pressure of chemical reagent in storage vessel is measured by mean of hydro-static pressure sensor, signal is transmitted from sensor to control unit, weight of chemical reagent in storage vessel is determined by means of control unit. Reagent supply is stopped when specified maximal weight in storage vessel is reached, parameters of technological process in object of dosing are determined, results of the measurements are used to determine quantity required for supply by means of control unit and supply is realised by batcher pump. Current consumption of chemical reagent in object of dosing is determined indirectly, by determination of difference in weight of chemical reagent weight in storage vessel in intervals of time, set in control unit.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of chemical reagent account without changing its fluidity and reduction of load on equipment.
