FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, in particular to devices for monitoring and controlling operations for introduction into pipeline of various compositions using batchers with external control for repeated measurement and dispensing of specified volumes of liquid chemical reagents (demulsifiers) into pipeline system of well product transportation, and can be used for field preparation of well products. Reagent dosing unit in pipeline includes reagent supply unit made in the form of vessel with reagent, level sensor, measuring tube; frequency converter connected via an electric motor with a dosing pump; well production transportation pipeline passing through oil metering unit; pipeline communicating vessel with reagent with dosing pump; pipeline that connects the metering pump to the well production transportation pipeline. Oil metering unit is configured to measure such parameters as fluid flow rate, density, temperature, pressure and water cut, and the apparatus comprises a data transmission module configured to implement an algorithm for determining the required reagent feed rate depending on the product water content and equipped with a wireless data collection and transmission system in real time using a GPRS modem, connected by wireless communication with oil metering unit, frequency converter of dosing pump engine and moisture meter installed at outlet of settlers unit.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of reagent-demulsifier at preparation of borehole products due to increased accuracy of regulation of specific consumption of reagent.
