FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: chemical dosing unit refers to devices for monitoring and controlling the processes of transportation, preparation and processing of products from oil and gas wells and can be used in oil production, oil refining, chemical and other industries where it is required to automate the process of mixing, adding chemical reagents (demulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors) to multiphase media, ARPD inhibitors, etc.). The claimed effect is achieved due to the fact that the dosing unit of the reagent, containing the mechanical impurities filter, flow meter, moisture meter, mixing device, reagent supply line equipped with a heating element, a temperature sensor and a pulsation damper, as well as a reagent storage container containing a level gauge, a temperature sensor reagent and heating element, plunger dosing pumps, multiphase level gauge, an incoming flow temperature sensor and an emulsion separation process temperature sensor, a frequency controller, a controller equipped with an information accumulation and storage unit, wherein the controller controls the optimal exit rate of the media to be separated based on the data of the flowmeters-counters by controlling the electrovalves and the heating unit, maintaining the required optimum temperature.
EFFECT: expansion of the arsenal of technical means for dosing a reagent by optimizing the volume of dosing of a chemical reagent, taking into account analysis and regulation, incl. temperature of the oil separation process.
