FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety devices to be incorporated with grinding or finishing machines. Claimed device, preferably, for hand-held angular grinder is intended for prevention of spontaneous separation of clamp (12a) and/or working tool (14a) from spindle (16a) and comprises at least one transfer assembly (18a, 18b). The latter can be engaged with spindle (16a) and comprises at least one first transfer element (20a, 20b) and at least one second transfer element (22a, 22b). The latter is driven relative to said first transfer element (20a, 20b). Transfer assembly (18a, 18b) includes at least one assembly (24a, 24b) for transformation of motion. It can to perform, in braking mode, at least partial conversion of the first relative motion between first transfer element (20a, 20b) and second transfer element (22a, 22b) into second relative motion.
EFFECT: ruled out spontaneous separation of clamp and/or working tool from spindle.
