SUBSTANCE: method involves determining the parameters: pharmaco-invasive reperfusion in acute myocardial infarction or a combination of thrombolysis in acute myocardial infarction and stenting during the coming year thereafter, thrombolytic therapy in acute myocardial infarction, development of pulmonary oedema as a complication of acute myocardial infarction, suffered myocardial infarction in past medical history and a probability of the lethal outcome p is determined by formula. If p≥0.5, the lethal outcome of acute myocardial infarction is predicted by determining the primary parameters describing special characteristics of the clinical course and treatment of acute myocardial infarction.
EFFECT: higher prediction accuracy.
