SUBSTANCE: absorbing components and methods of thereof manufacturing are disclosed. In one version of the invention realisation absorbing component represents one-piece absorbing fibrous cloth, which has density profile throughout thickness. In such versions of the invention realisation profile of fibrous cloth density distribution is displaced towards one of the surfaces of fibrous cloth.
EFFECT: in such versions of the invention realisation maximal cloth density can be located beyond central 30% zone of cloth thickness.
