Disposable female sanitary towel has a longitudinal axis and a transverse axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. Disposable female sanitary towel further comprises a carcass; a fastening adhesive placed on the surface of the carcass facing the garment; first collar extending along first longitudinal side edge; and a second collar extending along the second longitudinal edge. Frame has first and second longitudinal side edges extending substantially parallel to longitudinal axis, a pair of end edges connecting first and second longitudinal side edges on opposite ends of frame. Carcass further comprises an upper layer; a lower layer and an absorbent core located between the upper layer and the lower layer. Coefficient of sanitary towel flexibility ranges from 20 to 240 and average sanitary towel bend ranges from 0.0 mm to 3.0 mm.
