FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: monitoring of the percentage of oxygen in the air medium of the compartment of the submarine is carried out, and with the increase of the percentage of oxygen above the specified value the zones are determined where the contact of combustible material and a source of ignition is possible, the temperature of which is sufficient to start the ignition of combustible material at the current increased percentage of oxygen, and the signal is given about it as a fire danger.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to improve safety, accident-free operation of technical equipment, protected premises of the submarine, and also take measures to eliminate the causes of fire danger in the compartment under conditions of increased concentration of oxygen in the compartment of the submarine, and to avoid the fire and its consequences.
