FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to immunology. There are presented version recovered anti-CXCR4-antibodies 414H5, 515H7 and their antigen-binding fragments able to inhibit CXCR4 activation, wherein each antibody or its antigen-binding fragment comprises a set of 6 CDRs sequences of which are presented in the description. There are described: nucleic acid coding the above antibody, a vector for producing the anti-CXCR4-antibody and a host cell producing the above anti-CXCR4-antibody and transfected by the above vector. What is presented is a method for producing the anti-CXCR4-antibody or its antigen-binding fragment according to the present invention, involving: culturing the above host cell in a medium in the respective culture environment; and recovering the above antibody or one of its functional fragments. What is disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition containing as an active ingredient the above antibody or its functional fragments in an effective amount, as well as an excipient and/or pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
EFFECT: invention enables producing the anti-CXCR4-antibody modulating spatial conformation of CXCR4/CXCR4 and CXCR2/CXCR4 dimers in cancer diseases.
