FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat- and solar power engineering, particularly, to resource- and energy-saving devices for microclimate hardware generators exploiting the water tools or located thereby. The surface section of the structure consists of sun-heat exchanger composed of a dual roof consisting of two partially or completely translucent coatings 19, 20, mixing and surface heat exchangers 5 and 8, respectively, and heat accumulator 1. Efficiency of the latter is increased owing to a specific design of the intake temperature distributors. Said surface structure is connected by pipes with the water pool for water exchange via said mixing and surface heat exchangers 5 and 8 of water-filled heat accumulator 1. Water is aerated in said heat exchangers. Said surface structure can be connected with the floating surface part. The latter comprises the equalising tanks with equalising distributor to levelling the floating part. The floating solar collectors and those coupled therewith are provided with power-saving drives for the adequate orientation to the Sun.

EFFECT: higher power generation efficiency.
