FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: multifunctional tile for a roof includes an inner cavity or cavities and is designed for functioning as a heat exchanger. When the roof cover is being assembled, cavities of the tile are connected into channels joined by means of cornice and ridge channels with a system for provision of resource-saving microclimate in a building. In case of roof cooling, water is supplied from the appropriate cold area of a heat accumulator with a good thermal contact with earth. Accumulation of solar thermal energy in the heat accumulator takes place due to energy spent for air cooling in the building, i.e. without additional energy costs. Further expansion of tile multifunctionality is provided by the fact that it has an additional function of a low-temperature thermoelectric power generator.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of tiles.
