SUBSTANCE: distributor for liquid or gaseous medium, inner cavity of distributor includes coaxially arranged to central axis of rotation inside each other hollow bodies of rotation - shells with through holes or windows, with possibility of movement and rotation of any thereof relative to others and housing of distributor, its switching is associated with capacity to align holes and windows determined by a control distribution device in shells and housing of distributor.
EFFECT: invention enables to optimise process of controlling distributor for liquid or gaseous medium on several parameters, and also enables to achieve high smoothness of switching, preventing hydraulic shocks, which enables to use distributor in liquid settlers for intake or supply of a specific liquid phase into a specific level without mixing phases.
