SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel chromene derivatives of formula or its salts, where: each of R₁ and R₃, independently, stands for hydrogen, C_1-4alkyl, hydroxyl, C₁-₄alkoxyl, C_1-4alkoxyC_1-4alkyl, halogenC_1-4alkyl, hydroxyC_1-4alkyl, halogen or Cy₂; R₂ stands for hydrogen; Cy₁ stands for monocyclic 5- or 6-membered heterocycle, saturated or partly unsaturated, which can be bound with remaining part of molecule by any available N atom, where Cy₁ can contain 1 or 2 heteroatoms, selected from N and O, and where Cy₁,optionally, has one or more substituents R₄; each Cy₂, independently, stands for phenyl or aromatic 5- or 6-membered cycle, which can be bound with remaining part of molecule by any available atom C or N, where Cy₂ can contain in total 1 or 2 heteroatoms, selected from N and O, and where Cy₂ optionally has one or more substituents R₄; each R₄, independently, stands for C_1-4alkyl, hydroxyl, C_1-4alkoxyl, halogenC_1-4alkyl, hydroxyC_1-4alkyl or halogen; n equals from 0 to 2; m equals 0 or 1.
