SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to the ICE ignition means. Claimed ICE comprises the cylinder with piston, cylinder head, ring between the cylinder head and cylinders and igniter with the spark plug. Said ring is made of the dielectric material while HV conductor terminals to every cylinder and head. The antechamber outlets are arranged at the angle to igniter axis while some of them are slotted. In engine operation, fuel-air field and combustion products are subjected to electric filed effects.
EFFECT: higher completeness of combustion, improved specific features, decreased emission of harmful substances.
