SUBSTANCE: modified nutrient medium Endo contains pancreatic sprat hydrolyzate, fodder yeast extract, lactose, basic fuchsin, sodium sulphite, sodium chloride, sodium carbonate, sodium salts of bilious acids, L-tryptophane, microbiological agar and distilled water in a pre-set ratio of the components.
EFFECT: invention allows to extract the culture in a pure form and to perform the exact quantitative analysis of the grown microorganisms.
