FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vortex dust collectors. Vortex dust collector includes cylindrical housing, in upper part of which clean gas axial outlet and cleaned gas secondary flow upper tangential inlet are arranged, having rectangular cross-section with aspect ratio equal to 1/(1.5÷2.0), and in housing lower part are located cleaned gas primary flow lower tangential inlet, having rectangular lateral cross-section with aspect ratio, equal to 1/(1.5÷2.0), with successively arranged therewith initial cylindrical straight section, curvilinear cylindrical bend with axis rotation radius of 2.0÷2.5 of its inner diameter value and with cleaned gas vortex, as well as terminal cylindrical straight section, which cavities are connected to each other. At that, initial and terminal sections are located relative to each other at angle of 90±2°, in initial section end there inspection hatch is arranged with internal diameter, equal to 0.7–0.8 of initial section inner diameter value, on terminal straight section external surface baffle washer is installed, made in form of hollow truncated cone, which larger base is directed downward and installed at cylindrical housing lower end level with annular gap between them and angle of inclination to large base of 60÷75°. Cylindrical housing is installed on cylinder-taper dust collector of larger diameter, wherein ratio of their internal diameters is equal to 1/(1.3÷2.0). Collected dust discharge branch pipe is located in dust collector lower part. Vortex dust collector additionally contains clean air input, which is coaxially installed in middle of cleaned gas primary flow lower tangential inlet and made in form of initial cylindrical straight section, cylindrical curved guide bend with radius of axis rotation of 2.0÷3.0 of its inner diameter value and terminal cylindrical straight section, which cavities are connected to each other. At that, initial and terminal sections are located relative to each other at angle of 90±2°, on clean air inlet terminal cylindrical straight section upper end plug is fitted, and on its cylindrical surface vertical rectangular cutouts are made with aspect ratio, equal to 1/(3.5÷5.0), and guide vanes are tangentially fixed at angle of 15–20°. Coaxial to clean air inlet terminal cylindrical straight section separator cylinder is installed, fixed on clean air inlet terminal cylindrical straight section, on its cylindrical surface vertical rectangular cutouts are made with aspect ratio, equal to 1/(3.5÷5.0), and guide vanes are tangentially fixed at angle of 15÷20°. In clean air inlet cylindrical curved guide elbow rectangular cross-section slot is made with aspect ratio, equal to 1/(2.0÷3.0), and with vortex - guide vane, installed tangentially at angle of 1÷5° to guide elbow cylindrical surface. At that, cleaned gas primary flow and clean air supply into dust collector housing is performed in one direction.
EFFECT: technical result is increasing of dust collecting efficiency and dust collector reliability.
