SUBSTANCE: mouthpiece device for cleaning teeth, having a front part located between the two side parts, comprises a block located at the front part, a block of the engine with the output shaft and the unbalance or crankshaft mounted on it, the first and second opposed drive levers, the connecting levers, the central element. The block located at the front part for receiving the teeth comprises two opposite side parts and an intermediate central part, where the side parts and the central part have sections with bristles adapted to clean the user's teeth by contacting the parts with bristles with the tooth surface. The first and second opposed drive levers extend outwardly from the engine block in the direction of the two side parts and connected with it so that the distal ends of the drive levers move inwardly and outwardly together. The connecting levers are connected with the ability of rotation with the driving levers and at one end to the side parts of the block for receiving the teeth so that in rotation of the motor shaft the side parts of the block for receiving the teeth move outwardly and inwardly in a direction away from the teeth and to the teeth, performing their cleaning. The central element is driven by the engine block, directly or through the action of two connecting levers for performing the motion of the central part of the block for receiving the teeth in the direction away from the teeth and to the teeth, performing their cleaning.

EFFECT: inventions enable to provide with the chain of the drive the reliable and effective action to the mouthpiece blocks.
