SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to hygiene and can be used for brushing teeth. The toothbrush with a drive includes a handle with a narrow part, a head, at least one fixed block of bunches, a movable block of bunches and a drive unit. The head is attached to the narrow part and has a first surface and an opposite second surface. Fixed block of bunches is attached to the head in a fixed orientation, and contains many elements for cleaning teeth protruding from the first surface. The movable block of bunches is elastically connected to each fixed block of bunches and contains many elements for cleaning teeth protruding from the first surface. The drive unit is operatively connected to the movable block of bunches to move the movable block of bunches relative each fixed block of bunches and moves the movable block of bunches in an oscillatory manner in a plane passing along the axis of the handle and substantially parallel to the first surface. The group of inventions also includes two versions of the toothbrush.

EFFECT: flexible orientation of elements of the toothbrush head providing optimal cleaning of the teeth and gums.
