SUBSTANCE: ice generator contains coolant loop, water loop, cleaning device containing pump, controller used with possibility of cleaning operation activation via the interface, execution by user of one or several stage of cleaning and pump control to supply the cleaned liquid via the water loop, and water loop and coolant loop washing. At this stage the user is suggested to ensure supply of the cleaning liquid to the cleaning device, the liquid is injected to water loop by pump. Method of ice generator cleaning, that contains coolant loop and water loop, connected with coolant loop, it contains stages, when via interface the cleaning operations are activated, the user is suggested to perform one or more sequences of cleaning operation stages, to control pump for cleaning liquid supply via the water loop for cleaning and washing the water loop and said coolant loop. At one stage the user is suggested to ensure supply of the cleaning liquid, the liquid is injected to water loop by pump.

EFFECT: use of this group of inventions ensures the ice generator cleaning without machine components disassemblage.
