FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filled polymer compositions based on epoxy oligomers for levelling outer surface of helicopters and airplanes. Metallopolymer composition includes expoxy-silicon-organic resin with molecular weight of 350-420 (90.0-110.0 pts.wt), aluminium powder (80.0-300.0 pts.wt) and low-molecular polyamide, which is a curing agent and plasticiser (55.0-80.0 pts.wt). To increase elasticity, composition can additionally contain a modifier - butyl diene acrylonitrile rubber with molecular weight from 20,000 to 30,000. To improve technological properties, composition can additionally contain filler, in particular, natural or artificial magnesium silicate, or aluminium, or calcium, or their mixture in amount of 80.0-120.0 wt% of metallopolymer composition (putty) has high adhesion to surface, high impact strength, elasticity in tension at operating temperatures from -60 °C to 150 °C, as well as good process characteristics and low shrinkage in curing.
EFFECT: use of disclosed of polymer composition raises operating temperature by 70 °C, impact strength and elasticity of putty layer.
