FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of production of highly-strong carbon tapes, based on polyacrylnitril threads, in particular to electrochemical processing of surface of carbon fibres, used in construction composites as reinforcing matrix. Electrolyte contains amine-containing monomer and water, and as amine-containing monomer it contains aniline hydrochloride with concentration 0.001-0.05 mol/l or pyrrol with concentration 0.001-0.015 mol/l.

EFFECT: compositions for electrochemical processing contain not more than two components, are stable and provide 10-20% increase of material strength.
