FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: plant comprises a frame on which the processing baths and support rollers are mounted, a horizontal shaft mounted on the support rollers, on which for continuous sequential processing of cartridge cases the drums with perforated walls are successively arranged and interconnected. On the inner wall surfaces of all the drums the partitions are mounted in the form of a screw, and each drum is also provided with a neck with narrowing oriented towards the output window connected to the input window of the subsequent drum. The ratio of the lengths of the working surfaces of the screws in the drums is equal to the ratio between the time of the corresponding manufacturing operations carried out in these drums.
EFFECT: invention enables to reduce the power consumption in carrying out continuous manufacturing operations, ensuring greater stability of quality of phosphate soil, and a protective coating in general in continuity and corrosion resistance, implemented in a single integrated equipment.
