FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: in the method of open mining of deep-laying fields comprising the formation of a working zone, technology of mining of overburden ledges and providing of cargo transport communication of working horizons with the surface, the overburden ledges of the working zone are accepted with an increased height (to 25-30 m), the ledges are combined in groups by three. For the upper and lower ledges in the groups the minimum working sites with the sizes equal to the width of transport platforms are provisioned that support the bilateral movement of process motor transport and its manoeuvring, for the middle ledges the width of the platforms is accepted equal to the sum of the width of the minimum working site and the width of an extraction split with the volumes of overburden rocks, ready for dredging, providing the necessary speed of the decrease of mining operations in each group of the overburden ledges of the working zone. When forming broken-rock disintegration the condition is used which consists in its placement on the middle and lower ledges, and the broken rock, remaining on the middle ledges, is divided into two layers, the upper ones of which are excavated by hydraulic backhoe excavators, located on sites of the upper ledges of the groups, with loading into vehicles, located at the same sites, the volumes of the lower layers and volumes of the rocks dumped by explosion on the lower ledges are excavated by separate mine excavators with extended working equipment with loading into vehicles which are located at the same levels after the excavation of volumes of overburden rocks, ready for dredging, in all the groups of ledges and formations of the respective volumes on adjacent underlying ledges and shift of boundaries of the groups which happened meanwhile downwards to one ledge, their excavation is repeated in the named order, opening of overburden ledges of the working zone is performed using steep sliding runaways with a longitudinal slope of 5-15° and the width providing the placement of rocks dumped by explosion at their expansion and simultaneous through passage of the process transport. Expansion of the slope runaways is performed using hydraulic backhoe excavators by the separation of rocks dumped by explosion into horizontally wedge-shaped layers and their consecutive excavation.

EFFECT: decrease of the current overburden coefficient within the initial period of the field development.
