FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry, namely to stage-by-stage development of mineral deposits, and can be used at formation of temporary non-working boards and their subsequent reversion. In method of open development of steeply falling deposits in process of development of open-pit space its working side from side of lying side of deposit at approach to final contour of open-pit is converted into limit board and on it opening works are arranged, which serve for cargo communication of working horizons of pit with surface. On the side of the hanging wall of the deposit, simultaneously with the development of mining operations, a multistage combined temporarily idle board is formed, consisting of one-on-one steeply inclined steps, on which mine opening is arranged, and in their bases stone pads are arranged to place stones falling on them during subsequent re-opening of steeply inclined steps. Cruton-clay steps are made with a width that makes it possible to place on them a rock mass falling from above, rock-protective embankments with hydraulic excavators of the "reverse spade" type installed on them and access roads for supplying vehicles for loading of the rock mass. Truncation and development of steeply inclined steps are performed successively from top to bottom with horizontal layers using hydraulic backhoe excavators. At the same time re-opening of upper steeply inclined steps is combined in time with formation of lower steeply inclined stage, which is carried out simultaneously with development of adjoining volumes of minerals. Unfolding and development of lower steeply inclined stage without reduction of quarry productivity on mineral resources is provided by reserving of mineral in quarrying area.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of current overburden ratio during initial development of deposit.
