METHOD FOR OPEN DEVELOPMENT OF STEEP DEPOSITS WITH APPLICATION OF MULTISTAGE TEMPORARILY NON-WORKING SIDES Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC E21C41/26

Abstract RU 2685583 C1

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry, namely, to method of open development of steep deposits with application of multistage temporary non-working sides. Method includes formation of working zone, development of overburden rocks and provision of freight communication of working horizons with surface. In process of development of open-pit space its working side from side of lying side of deposit at approach to final outline of pit is converted into limit board and on it opening works are arranged, which serve for cargo communication of working horizons with surface. On the side of the hanging wall, simultaneously with the development of mining operations, a multi-step temporary non-working board is started, consisting of a series of one-on-one slope-pitch steps, on which the opening openings are arranged, and in their base there are arranged stone protection platforms for placement of stones falling on them when uninviting steps. Width of steeply inclined steps is taken to accommodate stones falling on top of them, rock-protective embankments with backhoe hydraulic excavators installed on them and road. After completion of all planned steeply inclined steps of the temporarily non-working side, they are deactivated and tested, including the volumes of rock mass, which are enclosed between the temporary non-working side and the maximum contour of the pit. Pillar is developed by horizontal layers with the help of hydraulic excavators "reverse shovel", as it is being developed, the limit board is formed with the device on it of the opening mine work, on which the spent volumes of the rock mass are removed to the surface, stones falling on stone protection platforms are loaded into vehicles and by opening workings of the limit board on the side of the recumbent side are removed to the surface.

EFFECT: reduction of current overburden ratio during initial period of deposit development.
