FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for non-invasive assessment of functional state of surface vessels and level of oxygenation of biological tissue. Device comprises a collimator, a beam-splitting element, a reference channel with a first mirror, an object channel having a microlens and a plane for the object under study, a receiving channel with a matrix photodetector. Control unit and synchronization unit are connected to each other. In the reference channel, the first mirror is located at angle of 45° to central axis and additional mirror is introduced at an angle to central axis 45° – α, where α is the angle between the reflected object and reference beams in the receiving channel. In the object channel between the microlens and the plane for the research object there is a lighting unit connected to the synchronization unit and made in the form of light-emitting diodes. Aperture diaphragm is inserted between object channel and beam splitter.
EFFECT: possibility of simultaneous non-invasive measurement of blood flow index and level of oxygenation of biological tissue on a full field with high spatial and temporal resolutions and possibility of numerical focusing after image recording by optical methods.
