SUBSTANCE: invention relates to audio signals and devices or methods for generation, transmission, conversion and reproduction thereof. The technical result is achieved by generating, in an MS matrix, a composite signal via summation of a first input signal, amplified by an amplification coefficient, and a second input signal, amplified by an amplification coefficient, and generating a difference signal from the first input signal, amplified by an amplification coefficient, minus the second input signal, amplified by an amplification coefficient.
EFFECT: providing balancing or stronger differentiation of stereophonic (including pseudo-stereophonic) signals.
