SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to addiction medicine, and can be used for treating cannabis dependence. That is ensured by subcutaneous administration of an allergen of ruderal hemp pollen in the concentration of 10000 PNU/1 ml once every 5 days in the total number of six injections. That is followed by a nasal challenge test with ruderal hemp pollen solution in concentrations 1:1000, 1:100, 1:10 and whole solution of allergen. If the patient shows signs of allergic reaction, his/her nasal passages are rinsed; dexamethason is introduced intramuscularly; the patient is cautioned that any contact to a cannabis-containing substance is expected to cause more severe consequences than those caused by the challenge test.

EFFECT: invention provides stable remission of substance misuse in cannabis addicts.
