SUBSTANCE: method involves incubation of blood samples taken before and after treatment with endogenous bioregulators such as histamine, bradykinin, vasopressin or serotonin. Further optic density of OD495 antibody level in samples is defined.
EFFECT: if optic density is reduced by triple standard deviation value from average OD495 value for healthy donor group and antibody level approaches average donor value after specific immunotherapy course, then efficient pollinosis treatment is diagnosed.
