FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents installation for obtaining granulated technical carbon, including reactor for thermal decomposition of hydrocarbon raw material and formation of aerosol, disperse carbon, air-heater, cyclone-concentrator for precipitation of disperse carbon from aerosol flow with branch pipes for input of aerosol and output of trapped target product and aerosol flow, apparatus for purification of disperse carbon from impurities, ventilator for supply of aerosol from cyclone-concentrator into cyclone of gas transport with branch pipes for input and output of aerosol, ventilator for supply of aerosol from cyclone of gas transport into cyclone-concentrator, intermediate reservoir for disperse carbon with lock feeder, mixer-granulator, apparatus for drying granules and trapping disperse carbon, connected by means of input branch pipes with cyclone-condenser for precipitation of disperse carbon from aerosol flow and with mixer-granulator and provided with branch pipes for output of granules and gaseous reaction products, purified from disperse aerosol particles. Two parallel gas-permeable partitions, connected to apparatus on perimeter, are installed vertically in apparatus for granule drying and trapping disperse carbon, the distance between partitions is 150-200 mm. Installation also contains two pneumolift for granules and trapped disperse carbon, connected in zone of material loading via mixer with branch pipe for input of aerosol flow from cyclone-concentrator and branch pipe for input of flow of dried granules with trapped disperse carbon, supplied into it by means of lock feeder from apparatus for drying wet granules and trapping disperse carbon, being connected by means of lock feeder in zone of separation of disperse carbon aerosol flow from dry granules with final product bin and by gas flue with input branch pipe of cyclone-concentrator.
EFFECT: reduction of expenditures for obtaining granulated technical carbon, increased quality of target product and efficiency of purification of production off-gases.
