FIELD: chemical technology.
SUBSTANCE: hydrocarbon raw is subjected for the high-temperature thermooxidative pyrolysis to yield a carbon black-gas aerosol flow followed by its cooling. Carbon black is precipitated from aerosol in successively installed cyclones and carbon black is separated from gases in the third cyclone wherein carbon black is fed from the first cyclone together with 10-25% of reaction gases. Carbon black from the second cyclone is fed into carbon black-gas aerosol flow feeding to the first cyclone together with 10-20% of reaction gases and reaction gases from the third cyclone also. The aerosol rate at inlet into the first cyclone is 14-18 m/s and that at inlet into the second cyclone is 12-16 m/s. After separation of carbon black from gases it is granulated with water and prepared wetted granules are dried. Invention provides excluding filtration in hose filters and enhancing effectiveness of gases treatment up to 93.7-96.2%. Invention can be used in producing the enhancing filler for rubbers.
