FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of corrugated monolayer sheet from porous material in a continuous process. Note here that claimed plant comprises crimping shaft, grooved roll to apply the discrete dips of glue on ridges of just-made corrugated sheet. Endless crimped belt conveyor assembly with endless crimped surface provided with multiple abutting crimps. Note here that configuration of crimps complies with the crimping shaft teeth. Clamping mechanism is meant for retention of just-made crimped sheet on crimped belt conveyor during glue application by glue applicator. Endless tighten belt is meant for retention of the flat sheet jointly with corrugated sheet for gluing them together. Note here that clamping mechanism is composed of a vacuum pump arranged upstream of endless crimped conveyor belt.
EFFECT: perfected method.
