FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: claimed procedure comprises the installation of service mike at the engine diagnosed section at the required service distance therefrom and reception of vibroacoustic signal of the running engine. Frequency spectrum is obtained and analysed. In case the field is generated in said spectrum isolated stably against the background of hardware noises in the range of 2 kHz to the measuring hardware upper measurement limit, the engine bearings conditions are defined.
EFFECT: reliable, simple and valid diagnostics.
