FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of absorbing nonwoven products and deals with substrate, containing foamed useful agents, and method for thereof obtaining. It includes fibrous cloth and layer of useful agent, wherein useful agent is selected from additive composition, intensifying component and their combinations, with useful agent being in foamed condition and fixed on the surface of fibrous cloth as a result of creping. Method for creping nonwoven substrate includes the following stages: (a) provision of presence of nonwoven substrate; (b) placement of applicator near hot impermeable drying surface; (c) application of aqueous foamed useful agent on drying surface by means of applicator; (d) formation of adhesive film on drying surface by foamed useful agent; (e) direct fixation of nonwoven substrate with adhesive film, located on drying surface; and (f) scraping of fixed nonwoven substrate and adhesive film from drying surface.
EFFECT: invention provides creation of method for application of additive composition as such, or in combination with softness-intensifying particles, on the surface of drying device and finally, on substrate in order to achieve substrate with increased softness.
