FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: foam material is made from the composition, containing the polyolefin dispersion with the high crystalline degree, the crosslinked binder and the surfactant. The foamed polymeric cellular material is produced by mechanical mixing with the composition air, containing the polyolefin dispersion with the high crystalline degree, the binder and the surfactant, capable to crosslinking. The resulting foam is dried at the temperature below the foam material melting point and above the binder crosslinking temperature. In the production of the cellular material, the composition additionally contains the fibers, non-swelling particles, or combinations thereof.
EFFECT: production of foamed cellular material with open pores and with improved mechanical strength.
