FIELD: textile and paper.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to absorbent nonwoven products and concerns a substrate, containing foamed useful substances. Nonwoven substrate comprises a fibre cloth, which determines the surface, and a layer of the useful substance. Useful substance is an additional composition. Useful substance is foamed and is connected with said surface of the fibre cloth by means of the creping process so, that the additional composition on said substrate forms the surface, which is more similar to a film, than the substrate. Nonwoven substrate is printed and demonstrates more improved printing in comparison with an untreated substrate.
EFFECT: invention provides a nonwoven substrate for absorbent products, which demonstrates improvements, selected according to a tactile sensation, printing, bulk, elasticity/extensibility, reduction of hysteresis, ability to reduce, reduction of ripple marks and their combinations in comparison with an untreated substrate.
