FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method for culinary aromatic product manufacture from ingredients including an ingredient imparting a specific flavour and other ingredients involves the following stages: interaction of the ingredient imparting a specific flavour with at least one of thermal reaction precursors to manufacture an intermediate product and the intermediate product treatment with another ingredient to manufacture the end culinary product. The second stage involves granulation, drying, pasteurisation or their combination. The ingredient imparting a specific flavour is chosen from edible meat, aromatic plants, vegetables or their combinations. The thermal reaction precursor includes a compound containing a carbonyl group chosen from the group consisting of mono- or disaccharides, sugars derivatives, sugar sources and/or sugars derivatives and their hydrolysates, glucose syrup, fructose syrup, xylose syrup and hydrolysed pectins.
EFFECT: manufacture of a food product from ingredients including an ingredient imparting a specific flavour.
