FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: this inventions group relates to extruded multilayer products for animals. The products represent dry granules based on grains, the granules contain shells stable in the course of storage. The core of the extruded product may be hollow or filled with at least a partly granulated component, vapoury component or coextruded from one or more components for production of a food product with one or many textures, taste and flavour tones and colours.
EFFECT: usage of the proposed group of inventions enables production of products capable of repeated change of texture and condition the same as in products with improved functional properties such as taste, odour, colour, edibility, hydration properties, water activity stabilisation or microbiological control.
