FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to natural flavouring food products. The granulated flavouring vegetal product consists of flavour plants and osmotic components such as salt where flavour plants are present in an amount of at least from 0.5 wt % up to 48 wt % of the product dry substance, are encapsulated by osmotic components and have the index of peroxydase or polyphenol oxidase activity equal to at least 15% of their activity in corresponding fresh plants. The product granules have a size from 0.8 mm to 5.0 mm (both length and diameter). Additionally, the present invention ensures a method for preparation of such granulated flavouring vegetal product which involves stages of grinding, mixing, granulating and mixing.
EFFECT: proposed flavouring product has intensive original and natural aroma, taste and colour and is easily dissolved during usage.
