SUBSTANCE: method of processing an image sequence for determining coordinates of objects based on basic algorithm complexing comprises the reception and analogue-to-digital conversion of an image signal of each frame, calculating performance criteria of coordinate measurement algorithms: based on the Bayesian classification, based on the correlation superposition of images with reference smoothing, based on spatial and spatial-temporal filtering, in transitioning from performance criteria values to a performance characteristic, in selecting a coordinate measurement algorithm according to a decision-making rule, in measuring coordinates using the chosen algorithm.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring coordinates of objects.
