FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for heat insulation of stop valves of previously heat-insulated pipelines. A heat insulated box comprises an outer protective shell from galvanised steel with a heat insulation coating at the side of the inner surface of the shell, made as detachable from sections. Number and configuration of sections depend on geometric dimensions of an insulated gate valve. Some sections are made of two stiffly connected segments of a cylinder, oriented in mutually perpendicular directions, made as capable of section installation simultaneously on the gate valve and on the part of the pipeline with factory heat insulation, adjacent to the gate valve, and is equipped by stiffening ribs in the area of stiff connection of section segments. Sections are equipped with shock-absorbing gaskets from foam rubber for box tightness during its multiple assembly and disassembly and a lock mechanism. The heat insulation coating is made of foam glass blocks fixed on the inner surface of the protective shell with the help of a bitumen-based adhesive. A coating for protection of blocks against wear is applied onto the surface of the foam glass blocks at the side of contact with the gate valve.
