FIELD: bioengineering.

SUBSTANCE: cellulose biomass containing at least 10 wt % of solid products is added to the reactor operating in steady-state condition. Enzymes specifically hydrolysing the cellulose are added to the said reactor. During the enzymic hydrolysis the steady-state condition is ensured, during it the cellulose biomass is continuously added to the reactor, and partially hydrolysed biomass with maximum viscosity 25 Pa·s is continuously removed from the reactor. Under the preferable option the method is executed in cascade containing at least two reactors. Besides the method of production of monosaccharides, chemicals based on sugar, biologic fuels or materials with sulphonated ligninis suggested. Preliminary the lignocellulosic biomass is treated at stage of the sulphite pulping. The produced biomass is divided to the liquid phase containing 50 wt % or over of the sulphonated ligninis, and to pulp containing 70 wt % or over of cellulose. By the method of continuous hydrolysis the pulp is hydrolysed to at least partially hydrolysed biomass containing monosaccharides. The monosaccharide and the sulphonated ligninis are processed with production of the useful chemicals, biologic fuels and/or proteins.

EFFECT: inventions ensure hydrolysis of the cellulosic biomass at high loads of solid substances in steady-state condition with high yield of glucose and xylose with use of only common mixing.
