FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inspection technology, automatics, control and industrial electronics. A meter of dipole parameters comprises serially connected a feed pulse generator, a quadripole with a dipole of a measurement object and a dipole with balancing elements, a non-inverting voltage follower, an inverting first amplifier with amplification ratio, equal to two, the first double-input analogue summator, to one of inlets of which a signal is sent from the outlet of the pulse generator, and to the other inlet - from the outlet of the first inverting amplifier, from the outlet of the summator the signal is amplified by the second amplifier and is sent to inlets of two sample and hold circuits, signals from the outlet of each of two sample and hold circuits arrive accordingly to two inlets of the second double-inlet analogue summator, the signal from the second summator is amplified by the third amplifier and via a separating capacitor is sent to a zero indicator. Also there is a control unit, from which signals of synchronisation arrive to the pulse generator and zero indicator, and also control signals to both sample and hold circuits. In the dipole with balancing elements there are two keys and two controlled keys, to control inlets of which via a switch control signals are sent from the control unit. The novelty in the meter of dipole parameters is introduction of three additional resistors, three additional capacitors, two controlled keys, two keys, one switch, two amplifiers, two sample and hold circuits, one double-inlet analogue summator, a control unit and modification in connection of circuit blocks.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement due to reduced measurement error component due to inaccurate balancing of a zero measurement circuit.
