FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture bored piles consists in preliminary drilling of a well to specified depth, fixation of soil of well walls, filling of the well with concrete mix and compaction. Above the well head they install a process conductor device, a soil compaction unit device is mounted on it, comprising a flexible right soil compacting case, which is placed into the well for its entire depth, including the well bottomhole, the flexible tight soil compacting case is filled with compressed air of high pressure, simultaneously carrying out fixation of soil in well walls and bottomhole with their subsequent compaction for at least 6 hours. Prior to concreting, they release compressed air from the flexible tight soil-compacting case, then the soil compacting unit is withdrawn from the process conductor, a concreting unit device is mounted onto the process conductor with a concrete compactor stand, comprising a flexible tight concrete compacting case, which is placed in the centre of the well, then the well is filled with concrete mix for its entire depth, the concrete mix is compacted simultaneously through all of its volume with the help of a fleible tight concrete compacting case, which is filled with compressed air of high pressure, and maximum design pressure is maintained for the whole period of full concrete strength gain. The upper layer of the concrete mix in the well head is additionally compacted with a depth vibrator, and if concrete gains strength of at least 30%, the process conductor is dismantled with the concreting unit, at the same time they leave the stand of the concrete compactor in the body of the bored pile.

EFFECT: increased manufacturability of bored piles manufacturing, reduced labour intensiveness, material intensity and energy intensity of a complex of construction processes, reduction of duration and cost of works.
