FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to the bearing elements and buildings and structures pile foundations erecting methods on type II soils by subsidence. Reinforced-concrete drilling pile is designed for erection on subsidence soils, includes frame from the upper part, located in the subsidence soil and the lower part, placed in non-subsidence soil, the frame is made with the subsidence compensating elements, made with a gap filled with solid material. Pile is made with the upper support part embedding into the lower foundation part within the subsidence soils thickness. Compensating element is made in the form of a compensating shell, with its embedding into the non-subsidence layer roof, with possibility of the compensation element independent vertical displacement and settling relative to the pile frame outer surface, with horizontal insulating and vertical compensating clearances. Horizontal insulating clearance with size of at least 0.3 D mm is filled with rolled, particles of solid material of the same diameter from the 3–50 mm fraction, where D is the pile frame outer surface diameter.
EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring the unloading processes stabilization from the bearing frame “parasitic” loads, caused by negative frictional forces along the pile side surface within the subsidence soils thickness, increase in the drilled piles useful bearing capacity for loads directly from buildings and structures.
